Purchasing Glass

Please note, each piece on www.fredsglass.com is handmade, and some slight variations in size and color may be present. Furthermore, the colors used in the proaction of these pieces appear differently under different lighting, so there may be slight difference from the photographs shown.

The "Buy Glass" gallery is not an exhaustive list of pieces available for purchase. If you see a piece on another part of the site that you are interested in, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Contact information can be found here.

Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS Ground. A $40 flat-rate shipping charge will be added to all orders. If you would like to make alternate shipping arrangements, please contacts us by email (orders@fredsglass.com) or phone (651-222-2022) before completing your order.

We take great care to protect pieces for shipping. If any damage does occur during shipping, please document the packaging and damage and contact us immediately. Replacement or refund for damaged work can only be accommodated if the packing and damage is documented.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

All shipments within the state of Minnesota will be taxed at the rate of 7.625%.

Returns

We are happy to take returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your shipment if you would like to make a return. The full cost of the piece will be refunded to the original payment method used upon return—the cost of shipping and insurance for a return will be your responsibility.
